Shipping coverage

LumVesha currently ships within India. Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please enter a complete address, active phone number and correct PIN code.

Processing and delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, public holidays, weather events and courier disruptions may require additional time.

Shipping charges and COD

Standard India shipping is free unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery availability may depend on the PIN code and order verification.

Tracking and delays

Tracking details are shared when available. Courier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If tracking has not moved for several business days, contact us at kashytemp@gmail.com.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Customers are responsible for checking address and phone details. Re-shipping charges may apply when an order is returned because the address was incomplete, the customer was unreachable or delivery was refused without a valid product issue.
